Steven Wayne Starr, Sr., 63, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born to Harold Eslick and Mae Starr on September 2, 1954 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Mae.

He is survived by his sons: Mark Starr, Eric Starr, Riley Starr, Jonathan Starr, Steven Starr, Jr. and Seneca Starr; daughters: Stephanie Starr Amanda Starr, Stevie Starr and Amiah Starr; brother: James Starr; sisters: Denise Starr, Misty Starr and Lori Eslick.

We would like to acknowledge his grandson Markus Rice who stayed with and cared for his grandfather thru the past few months. He is one of 25 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Steven will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

Wake service: 7 p.m. Saturday December 23, 2017 at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120.

Funeral services: 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Crosstown Church of Christ 3400 E. Admiral Pl. Tulsa, OK.

Interment: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Wofford Cemetery Catoosa.
