Steven Clark Young passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. He was born on Wednesday, September 22, 1965 in Tulsa Oklahoma to Harold Webster young and Betty Ruth Clark. He attended key elementary finishing high school at Memorial high school in the year 1983. From there he went on to TJC completing 120 hours before Deciding to move forward with a degree in mechanical engineering. He graduated with his Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma and went on to be the chief engineer of AXH designing air cooled heat exchangers and retired as such in 2017.

He loved more than anything being out in nature whether it was fishing, hunting, skiing, boating, snorkeling, kayaking, sailboating. His favorite vacation spots included anywhere where there was an amazing view. He was an avid member in the NRA and Ducks Unlimited. His greatest passion in life was music. He was a true rockstar and lived as such his whole life. He had the intelligence of a scientist and the skill of the architect yet his single greatest accomplishment was always the fact that he raised his daughter single-handedly without anyone's help. And according to family and friends somehow he ended up doing the most amazing job in the world.

He is survived by his daughter Kristen Danielle young (Carr) who earlier this year married Eli Carr and two grandchildren Eleanor Danielle Carr, and Easton James Carr.

A memorial service to celebrate Steve's life will be held at 4:00 PM, August 20 2018 at John Knox Presbyterian Church followed by a tribute to Steve-O night at crow creek tavern. We got extra amps so we can play at a volume that would suitable. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
