Susan R. Smith, 80 of Broken Arrow passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023. She was born June 15, 1942 in Tulsa to Thomas Richard Shepard and Rebecca Thompson Herrick Shepard. She married William Boyd Smith, Jr on August 8, 1978 in Tulsa.
She worked as a Technical Lead for American Airlines prior to her retirement.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Richard Shepard, Jr. She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Ann (Greg) Cline; 2 sons, Richard Lee (Debbie) Smith and Chester Boyd (Maribel) Smith; 2 granddaughters, Jessica Nicole Ferguson and Tanya LeeAnn Larsen; 3 grandsons, Thomas William Ray Smith, Jonathan Hernandez and Jacob David Smith; a great grandson, Izak Buzzard; 3 great granddaughters, Lora Larsen, Addison Larsen and Ashley Larsen; other relatives and friends.
Viewing will take place 10 - 8 Thursday January 12th and funeral 1:00 PM Friday, January 13 at Moore Southlawn Chapel. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
