Teddie was born August 25, 1932 in Birch Tree, MO. He was born to Alta Millzena Lee and William Teddie Ramsey. He had 3 brothers and 4 sisters: Billy, Charles, Jimmy, Faye, Ruth, Thelma & Juanita (also known as Dee Dee).
Ted married his first wife, Juanita Bricker in 1953, in Sapulpa, OK.
They had 2 children, Carol Jean and Ted Jr. Juanita died in 1975. Ted married Carlen Graham Dotson in 1976 in Miami, OK. He then became the father of 3 sons and one daughter (who died shortly after birth). His son's names; Jimmy, Tommy and Charles Dotson. Ted and Carlen were married for 42 years.
He retired from Yuba Heat Transfer after 27 years of employment.
He has 9 grandchildren; Tammy, Pam, Duane, Kelly, Ricky, Brandi, Kirsten, Kylie and Kaiden. He has 4 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; William Teddie Ramsey and Alta Millzena Lee, daughter; Carol Jean, brother; Charles and sisters; Faye, Ruth and Thelma.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and a good conversation. He loved talking about the Bible and was strong in his faith. Loved to make people laugh and really loved a good joke. He was a strong man in many ways. He was honest, strong work ethic and had a great sense of humor. His word was his word. He loved his family dearly but loved God above all else. He was just as strong at the end of his life, especially in his faith.
