Terry Joe Davis, Sr., 73, born to Carl Edwin Davis and Reba Joyce (Thomas) (Davis) Brooks on March 30th, 1950, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, September 7th, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: Jerry Carl Davis; son: Jimmy Leslie Davis; and grandson: Cody Cain Davis.

Terry is survived by his wife: Teresa Ann Davis; son: Terry Joe Davis, Jr.; daughter: April Lin Harrell Davis; and grandchildren: Carl, Alex, Aaron, Annie and Melanie.

Terry graduated from Western Heights High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and he loved playing football and always watched it on TV. After he graduated from High School he enlisted in the Navy (Corpsman) in 1968. Terry's first jobs included, paper boy, bail bondsman and he worked with the U.S. Marshall's Office while he was a bounty hunter. He was the proud owner of T & T Auto Repair that he opened in January 1986 and he retired on December 31, 2018. Terry and Teresa were married on June 18, 1977. They both tried helping other family members over the years, if they could.

Terry will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 13th at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery 1200 N. Cleveland, Sand Springs, OK.
