Terry Lee
Hull
August 3, 1950 – April 2, 2026
Terry Lee Hull, 75, of Tulsa died Thursday, April 2, 2026, in Tulsa. He was born on August 3, 1950, in Stockton, KS to Otto Reeves Hull and Evonne Marie Sanders Hull. He married Sheila Beth Miller on July 2, 2005, in Eureka Springs, AR.
Terry's family moved to Tulsa when he was a young boy. After graduating from Tulsa Central High School in 1968, he received a scholarship for baseball to then Oklahoma Military Academy. Though Terry would leave college before receiving a degree, his love of baseball continued throughout his life. He played in many local leagues throughout the years and passed that love on to his son, Matthew. Terry never missed a game.
Terry held multiple and varied jobs including sales representative for Tayloe Paper Co. Later in life Terry returned to college where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northeastern State University. After receiving his certification as a Certified Public Accountant, he worked in industrial accounting before retiring in 2013 from FinTube in Tulsa.
Terry became a member of South Tulsa Baptist Church in 2025 and enjoyed attending the Empty Nesters Bible study class.
His passion was riding his Harley Davidson. He and his wife Sheila took trips on the motorcycle to many of the US National Parks, day trips around the state and often just cruising to nowhere. His love of the "open road" never ceased.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Kathy Campbell, and a brother-in-law Ken Secor.
He is survived by his wife Sheila; son Matthew Hull; step-son Jason Adams (Sherry) of Muskogee; step-daughter Lori Elders (Terry) of Muskogee; step-son Jeffrey Meeks (Kelly) of Verdigris; sister Carol Secor; brother Tom Hull (Kim) of Broken Arrow; sister Sheryal Williams (Larry) of Broken Arrow; grandchildren Gavin and Addison Hull of Bixby; step-grandchildren Brett Adams (Sara) of Broken Arrow; Jacob Adams (Magen) of Owasso; Kelsey Wood (Tyler) of Muskogee; Moira Wright of Stillwater; Josephine Wright of Muskogee; Emily and Lillian Meeks of Verdigris, 5 step-great- grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held at South Tulsa Baptist Church at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Clarehouse in Tulsa <https://clarehouse.org/>
