Terry W. Smith, 54, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born to Billy and Shirley (Skelton) Smith on November 11, 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Smith.
He is survived by his daughters: Melissa Smith Beard and Wendy Smith; sons: Shaun and Christopher Smith; grandchildren: Gabriel Smith and Andrew Beard all of Sapulpa; sister: Janet Smith of Tulsa; nephews: Steven Smith of Broken Arrow and Michael Smith of Tulsa.
Terry will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
