Thelma Louise Biley, 92, of Tulsa, passed away Friday, June 23rd, 2017. She was born January 4th, 1925 in Marion, IL to Clyde Allan and Flossie Morgan. She was a homemaker and a past member of Cathedral Baptist Church in Rockford, IL. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining the neighbors. Thelma Louise is survived by her children, Willetta Brewer of Tulsa; Michael Biley of Rockford, IL; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; her siblings Velma Edwards of Rockford, IL and Gary Morgan and his wife Gloria of Roscoe, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Biley; her daughter, Karen Pinkham; her brothers, Clarence Morgan; Kenneth Morgan; Robert Morgan; infant brother Harold Morgan and baby brother, Loren Morgan.
