Terri Johnson entered this world on April 15th, 1960 in Stillwater, Minnesota and enjoyed a happy childhood. Her family relocated to Tulsa, OK during her sophomore year where she graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1978. She settled down in Broken Arrow, OK for the remainder of her life, entering heaven on July 22nd, 2020.

Terri is survived by her parents, Ruth Ann Spires and Armand Matthew Jarvis; her daughters, Lisa Johnson and Michelle Smith; and her siblings, Lauri Jarvis and Steve Jarvis; and by her beloved granddaughter, McKenzie Smith. She is preceded in death by her older sister, Julie Jarvis.

Terri was a devoted mother, with two daughters, but all of their close friends and teammates would see her as mom too. She was a loving and caring woman that could make anyone feel right at home. If their friends needed a ride, she was there. If they needed a hair tie, she had it. Hungry in between games or practices? She had snacks and water. Needed something hemmed or fixed? She had that too. She would always lend a hand or an ear. Truly a mom anyone could count on.

Terri dabbled in some jobs, but nothing meant more to her than Leisure Park, where she has happily served for 30 years. She started out doing PTA things, volunteering, and subbing and eventually became a member of their family as a Para-professional. She loved her students and was always proud to see their progress. Leisure Park also helped feed her creative side, as she was always excited to help out with any extra art projects, sewing curtains for teachers' rooms, and decorating in any way possible. She made so many friends there over the years, and she thought of everyone there as part of her family.

Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
