Thomas Abner Rowe, 55, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Monday, June 6, 1977, at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, OK. He was born on Friday, January 20, 1922, at Shelby County, Memphis, TN, to Hillman Rowe and Carrie (Tyler) Rowe. Thomas was proud to have served in the United States Army in WWII. He was married to Jacqueline (Jones) Rowe and a Chief at American Airlines. Thomas is survived by his wife; 2 sons, Robert Rowe of Chickasha, OK, and Thomas Rowe of Tulsa, OK; mother, Mrs. C. B Thomas of Memphis, TN; brother, Hillman Rowe of Memphis, TN; sister, Alta Mae Coulson of Memphis TN; and a lifetime of friends. Thomas will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but his spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have him in our lives.
