Obituary
Thomas W. Childs, Jr, age 57 passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 30th, 2018. He was born on September 25th, 1960 in Columbia, Missouri to Thomas W. and Jean (Rogers) Childs.
Tom graduated from Missouri Military Academy before enlisting in the United States Air Force. He had worked at the US Postal Service for many years. He was member of Christ United Methodist Church and a part of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his mother, Jean Childs; son Thomas "Wes" Childs III; sister Michelle (Robert) Phy; niece Ivy Potter; great nephew Grayson Carnes-Mock; close cousin, Candy (Bill) Vinduska and countless other family members. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas W. Childs, Sr. and a brother Paul Edward Childs.
Memorial contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church and Mason Delta Lodge #43.
Viewing will be Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 12-8pm at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 10am Friday, May 4th, 2018 at Christ United Methodist Church 3515 South Harvard Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
