On Tuesday, January 31, 2023, Dr. Thomas H. Nulf's selfless journey on earth ended shortly after his ninetieth birthday. Born to Harold and Nana Nulf in 1932, Tom was raised in Dearborn, Michigan and spent summers on Halfmoon Lake. He graduated Dearborn High School in 1950, Albion College in 1954 and went on to get his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1958 from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. After which he practiced medicine as a surgeon for over 55 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, receiving the high honor of Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS). He served patients at the Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital and the VA Hospital, always known for his kind bedside manner and youthful good looks.
Tom was the devoted husband to Glenda (Jones) Nulf from 1963 until she preceded in him death in 2009. Tom is survived by his son Thomas C. Nulf and daughter Jennifer (Nulf) Clark, and two grandsons Joseph and Jason.
A private internment was held on February 4th where Tom now rests with his beautiful wife at Memorial Park Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at St. Michael's Church, 88th and Garnett, Broken Arrow, on Saturday, February 18th at 2:00 pm. Ceremony only.
