Thomas Clinton Ousley, age 93, passed away in Edmond, OK on June 30, 2024.
Thomas, fondly known as TC, was born to Clint Jackson Ousley and Lena Nelson Ousley on February 17, 1931, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a talented athlete who loved playing basketball. After graduating High School, Thomas married his high school sweetheart, Opal, and joined the US Army and was stationed at Fort Knox, KY from August 1948 until June 1952. After being honorably discharged from the Army, he began his career at the US Postal Service. Thomas achieved the position of Chief Management Employee Relations and retired after 37 years of service. He touched the lives of many people along this journey. He was a very kind and generous person and served as a Trustee at Christ Temple Church for many years. After moving to Oklahoma City, he affiliated with People's Church, Oklahoma City, until his health failed. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Clint and Lena Ousley, a sister, Geneva Manore, a brother, Johnny, daughter, Gail Jean Gipson and great granddaughter, Zoelle.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 75 years, Opal R. Ousley, daughter, Carol A. Reeves and husband Richard, grandchildren, Kimberly Reeves-Black and husband Alie, Kamilah Morton, Adrian T. Reeves and wife Catherine, Kamil Gipson and wife Monique and Nadiyah Albee; a host of great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and nieces and nephews.
After a life richly lived in service and kindness, Thomas will be remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 12th also at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel with interment following at Crown Hill Cemetery, Tulsa, OK.
