TRIMBLE, Thomas Deryl, Sr., passed away peacefully Friday, October 15, 2021 at his home with his loving wife, Jayne, at his side.

Tom was a life-long Tulsan born at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital on January 13, 1946 to Paul and Gladys Trimble. He attended Tulsa Public Schools graduating from Will Rogers High School in 1964. Little did he know the friends he made then would be his "forever friends".

Tom continued his education at Benedictine Heights and later graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah earning his MBA. He began teaching math and drafting at Edison Jr. High and Tulsa Tech.

In the middle of his college education, Tom enlisted in the Navy. He continued serving in the Naval Reserves and attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

After Tom retired from education, he worked at ETI and John Zink for several years making and meeting more friends along the way.

He is survived by his wife, Jayne; children, Tom Trimble, Jr., Angela and husband, Ryan Semple; stepson, Jason Crist, grandchildren, Trey, Tyler and Grace Trimble; Kelsey and Mitch Semple; sister, Gayle Trimble Duffer. Surviving nephews include Bryan Duffer, Paul Herron, Bryan Mathew Florian; nieces, Rachel Onello, Emily Gallaher, Cori Duffer; and many loving great-nieces and nephews. Also his loyal four-legged companions, Annie, Pete, Shirley, Mike, Pat, Scott, Charm and Lucretia.

Tom was preceded in death by his mother, father, sister, Darline Herron and niece, Jodi Duffer-Florian.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Memorial service will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
