Dr. Thomas "Tom" Wallace White, 68, died peacefully at home on November 4, 2023 after a short illness with glioblastoma. Though he lived nearly his entire life within the state of Oklahoma, Tom traveled the world and brought his family along for the ride. Tom was passionate about his career as an interventional radiologist at St. John's Hospital. Tom is survived by his wife, Judy, and daughters, Michelle White and her husband Glenn Sturm; Lisa White and her wife Kyrstin Haecker; granddaughter, Rose Sturm; and his brother, David and his wife Brenda.

Services will be held at Moore Funeral Home, Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E 51 Street, Tulsa on Friday, November 10th at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to Tulsa RiverParks.
