WIlley, Thomas Michael, 82 died Thursday, October 2, 2025. Tom was born October 10, 1942, Tulsa, Ok., to Harley Lynn Willey & Bernita Mae (Bliss). Tom graduated from Will Rogers high school and earned his bachelor's degree from University of Tulsa in business administration. He retired as Vice President of Materials Management from Webco Industries of Sand Springs.
He married Jill Wycoff in 1962.


Tom grew up attending University Methodist Church but actively served at First Baptist Church downtown for over 50 years where he taught Sunday School and volunteered at the Caring Center. He also volunteered locally at Meals on Wheels for many years. Fishing was his life-long hobby. He enjoyed the "Fat Brothers Fishing Club" and fishing trips too numerous to mention. Watching sports and travel with friends were a joy but more than these was time with family.,


Tom is survived by his wife, Jill, daughters Michelle, her husband Andy Tefertiller of Louisville, KY, and Melanie, her husband Mark Caughrean of Tulsa, grandchildren Michael Andrew, Lauren, Zachary, Jessica, Rachel, Lindsey, Joshua, and Jackson Thomas and great-grandchildren Ella, Jadon, Maia, Harper, Hadi, Zuri, Penelope, Amelia, and Makkari.


Visitation will be 6-8, Thursday, October 9, 2025 Moore's Southlawn. Memorial Service 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 10, 2025 at First Baptist Church on what would have been his 83rd birthday.
