BOWERS, Tommy Joe, 87, passed away Friday, December 13, 2019 in Tulsa, OK. Born October 29, 1932 in Chickasha, OK to Joe and Mildred Lyle (Bernard) Bowers. He was a US Navy Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a retired American Airlines Warranty Manager. Member of Disciples Christian Church

Preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Bernard Bowers; granddaughter, Sara Elizabeth Bowers. Survived by his wife, Mary of the home; sons, Brad Bowers (Julie Anne) of Oklahoma City, OK and Joe Bowers (Beth) of Lake Charles, LA; brother, Stephen Bowers (Marilyn) of Tulsa, OK; sister-in-law, Virginia Bowers of Tulsa, OK; grandsons, Ryan Benson Bowers (Ally) of Cincinnati, OH, and Daniel Kendall Bowers; granddaughters, Addy Nicole Bowers and Laura Elizabeth Bowers; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Monday, December 16, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 17 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK.
