Obituary

Tommy O. Hamilton, 90 of Inola, OK passed away with his family by his side, after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015 at his home. Born Feb. 6, 1925 in Seegayah, OK, the son of Thomas D and Maggie J. Robbins Hamilton.

Tommy served in the U.S. Army during WWII for 2 years and then worked for Lee C. Moore for 28 years and then for Ford Glass Plant for 16 year where he retired.

He loved hunting, fishing and gardening and as a hobby he made butcher-block cutting boards and birdhouses. He also was Asst. Scout Master in Broken Arrow for Troop 900 for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Kay Lou Harper Hamilton of 55 years of the home; son, Gary Hamilton of Owasso; daughter, Janice Jeanette Davie of Tulsa; Adopted daughter, Debbie Milner of Siloam Springs, AR; 2 Grandchildren, Krystal Gayle White and Katrina Hamilton; 2 step-grandchildren, Jenny and Jeff Rademacher; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.

Viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015 with family receiving friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.

Services will held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, 2015 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, OK 74145. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, OK.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Boy Scouts of America.
