Passed away on March 26, 2021 in Cowley County, Kansas.
Tracy was born in Tulsa, OK on November 30th, 1975 to Ricky and Glenda Carr.
She is survived by her mother, Glenda Cox, her daughter MaKayla Carr, her unborn grandson, Elijah Delouiser, her sister Mandy Bonner, her brother Michael Needham, and her friend that was by her side when she passed and survivor of the same accident, Michael Clark Jr. She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Wade Carr (Zack), and her grandparents, Bill and Mary Jeffries.
Memorial Service will be 2pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel 9350 E. 51st St. Tulsa, OK
