Tracy Anne Rademacher-Hamilton, 53, of Owasso, passed away on November 3rd in her residence.
Tracy was born in Mineola, New York to Carole Deninger and Robert Medina on January 5th, 1966. She went to college at Tulsa Community College and earned an Associates Degree in Web Based Communication in 2001. She married Gary Hamilton on September 18th, 2004 in Tulsa. She worked as an Executive Secretary for The Salvation Army for 18 years. She was a lifetime member of The Salvation Army Tulsa Women's Auxiliary, member of St. Therese Altar Society, past president of St. Henry's Altar Society, past member of St. Henry's choir, and volunteered to organize funeral meals at St. Henry's Catholic Church.
Tracy was known for her wonderful personality, her loving nature, and her many skills. Words to describe her personality include: quick witted, smart, excellent storyteller, funny, compassionate, good listener, friendly, and most of all loving. She showcased her love for her family by always prioritizing time together, often in the form of a family dinner/party hosted by her. She also loved her friends and had many lifelong ones. At the Salvation Army, her organizational skills shined at the numerous luncheons/dinners she orchestrated and her running of the Tulsa Angel Tree program.
Tracy had many passions in life. Her hobbies included going to garage sales, camping/traveling, having girl's night dinners with her best friends, going to the movies, singing in the choir, and party planning. In addition, Tracy achieved her lifelong wish of visiting the Vatican with her husband, Gary, in 2018.
Tracy is preceded in death by her first husband/father to children, Stuart Rademacher, father, Robert Medina, her grandfather, Charles Deninger her grandmother, Frances Deninger, her grandfather, James Medina, her grandmother, Teresa Medina, and her grandfather-in-law, Tommy Hamilton.
Tracy is survived by her spouse Gary Hamilton, her son and son-in-law Jeff Rademacher and Brian Darrough, her daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Jonathan Rademacher, her step-daughter and daughter-in-law Katrina and Morgan Steed, her sister Meri-Sue Bachlor, her brother Bob Medina, her sister-in-law and her husband Janice and Mark Davie, her mother Carole Medina, her mother-in-law Kay Hamilton, and her grandchildren Emma and Ezra Darrough.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Rademacher, Brian Darrough, David Langford, Mark Davie, Lance Wilburn, and Richard Jones.

Visitation will be Thursday at Moore Southlawn Funeral Home from 12:00-8:00 PM with family present from 6:00-8:00PM. Rosary will be Friday at St. Therese Catholic Church at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday at St. Therese Catholic Church at 10:00 AM, with a meal to follow. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Moore Funeral Home.
