T. L. Clark Jr. was born on May 31, 1929 in Elmore City, Oklahoma and passed from this life on November 30, 2019 at the age of 90 years and 6 months. He will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery on December 4, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his father, Treaty Louis Clark, his mother, Bertha Dora Clark, his wife, Bobbie Gwen Clark and a sister, Louise White.
His surviving family is a daughter Sue Anne Parker and her husband, Roger of Tulsa, Grandchildren Amber Doenges of Bristow, Michael Coday and his wife Brooke of Tulsa, Great-Grandchildren, Elisabeth Barton, Emily Doenges, Jacob Doenges, Caleb Doenges, Cole Coday, Chloe Coday and Khai Coday. He is also survived by a sister Lucille Davis, a brother Jerry Clark and his wife Hazel and another brother Terry Clark, a niece, Janice Pestel and her husband, Cary and a nephew, Dan Clark and his wife Leslie.
T. L. served in the Army during the Korean war. After the war, T. L. and Bobbie made their home in Berryhill. He was employed with Sun Oil Company as a machinist and retired from there at the age of 55.
He was a calf roper and participated in rodeo events. Then he sold his horse and took up fishing. He was most proud when he purchased a horse ranch and began to have horses and cows. He loved Nickel Creek Ranch.
The ranch won't be the same without him. You could always see him fishing in the pond, driving around the ranch in his golf cart or just sitting outside waving to people passing by.
We will miss you Dad and Papa.
