Best, Troy Gene, 91 of Tulsa passed away, September 3, 2013. He was born June 27, 1922 in Hulen, OK to Fred and Preffa Best. He served in WWII and was retired from Fred Jones Ford as the parts and service manager. Preceded in death by wife Mary Best, parents and 7 siblings. Survived by son Keith Best and his wife Lynne of Tulsa, OK, grandchildren Bruce Smith and his wife Toni, Angela Smith great grandchildren Emily, Josh and Sarah, sisters Nadine and Yolayla.
