Veda Luree "Dollbaby" Riggs, 97 of Tulsa passed away Monday, October 3, 2016. She was born June 29, 1919 in White Oak, OK to Earl John and Emma Wissie Kelly. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of Wheeling Avenue and First Christian Church. She was a magnificent cook and seamstress, and enjoyed gardening. But more importantly, she was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed by all she left behind. She is survived by her children, Shirlee Stoops and her husband Carl of Tulsa, OK; Tom Riggs and his wife Georgia of Grove, OK; Michele Norwood of Grove, OK; Patricia Maxwell and her husband Tom of Tulsa, OK; 7 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clinton Eugene Riggs; 2 grandchildren, Michael Gene Stoops and Danette Lynn Kuykendall; her brother, Clarence Kelly; her sisters, Etta Mae Diven and Emma Loughran.
