RICH, Velma Joy, 85, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. Born March 10, 1931 in Avant, OK to Frank and Ruth (Haight) Kellogg.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband Raymond M. Rich. Survived by son, Bill (Belinda) Rich of Broken Arrow, OK; five daughters, Raelene (Jerry) Lakey of Broken Arrow, OK, Linda Rich, Judy Rich of Broken Arrow, OK, Terri Aven of Broken Arrow, OK, Tammy (Scott) Lowe of Broken Arrow, OK, ; fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Ruby Scott of Owasso, OK; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 5, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Private interment will be at Ethel Reese Cemetery in Barnsdall, OK.
