Velva Hallman was born August 6, 1928 in Douthat, Oklahoma. She passed away January 29, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Cecil and Clara Reid.

She is survived by her son Harold Hallman; daughters Patti Hallman Payne, Sharon Cherry; daughter-in-law Pat Hallman; grandchildren Romie Henry, Christy Hallman, Julie Hinds, Michelle Smith, Alicia Casey, Justin, Matthew, and Whitney Cherry and Clay Hallman; 10 great-grandchildren Chaplan, Jackson, Tyson and Terron Henry, Rylee, Gaven and Zane Cherry, Jackson, Ella and Avery.

Velva was preceded in death by her loving husband Harold B. Hallman, grandson Lester Hallman, and sister Norma Brown.

Velva was a member of 10th & Rockford Church of Christ for 72 years. She attended TU for classes for enjoyment after Patti and I left home. She was a homemaker and took care of her family and her home. Her passion was her family and the Lord.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 3, 2020 at 10th & Rockford Church of Christ, 829 S. Rockford, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
