Vernon Forrest Pierce, 87, Tulsa resident, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at his home. Vernon was born February 2, 1931 to Riley and Mary Pierce in Zanesville, Ohio. He was the owner and operator of Vernon's Wrecker Service. Vernon is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife, Helen Pierce and brother Ivan Pierce. He is survived by his sons, John Pierce and Vernon Pierce, Jr., daughters, Deborah DeWelt, Marilyn McMahan, Juanita King and Barbara Dunham, sister, Mary Ingram.
