Tullio, Vicki Gail, 62 of Broken Arrow passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2013. She was born December 7, 1951 in Torrance, CA to Ray and Dail Luken. She was a secretary and dental assistant. Husband Russell Tullio, children Shannon Cassone of Roseville, CA, Johnny Cochrane and wife Michelle of Owasso, OK, Jordan Tullio of Shawnee, OK, 5 grandchildren, brothers Raymon Russell Luken of Santa Barbara, CA and Stephen Paul Luken of San Diego, CA. Preceded in death by parents and son Colby Tullio.
