Viola Cotter Smith, 90, of Tulsa, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021. She was born July 18, 1931, in Randolph, New York, to Robert and Jessie Fox. She had worked as supervisor of converter repair for Tulsa Cable Television. She was a member of Southeast Baptist Church and enjoyed genealogy, reading and reciting poetry. Viola is survived by her children, Sallie Andrews and husband Rick of Decatur, TX, Joe Cotter and wife Debbie of Wichita, KS, Brenda Ford and husband David of Tulsa, Abbey Cummins of Tulsa, Liz Franklin of Moore, OK, Becky Flood of Moore, OK; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and her brother, Marvin Fox of Wichita, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Jack Cotter; her second husband, Bill Smith and her sister, Nedra Ring.
