Obituary
Virginia Opal Bernard, 89, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She was born to Ernest E. and Margaret Louise (Goodwin) Simmons on August 18, 1928 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
After 47 years of service, Virginia retired from Nelson's Buffeteria.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jess Joe Bernard, Jr.; parents; grandson, Chris Jones; 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
Virginia is survived by her husband, Bob Dentis; daughter, Sandra Smith and her husband Michael; 1 stepdaughter, 10 grandchildren, 3 sisters in law and 1 brother in law. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120, with visitation from 1-3 p.m.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, OK.
