Virginia Lee Hight, 92, of Tulsa, died Monday, February 3, 2020 peacefully in her home. She was born June 15, 1927 in Joplin, MO to Herb and Nellie Rose Stanton. She married Charles W Hight, Jr, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Hight was a homemaker and a member of St. James United Methodist Church. She was kind, gracious, and never stopped giving.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Craig Stanton Hight; two sisters, Ina Sue Dougherty and Patsy Rose Erdman and two brothers, Herbert Lee Stanton and Donald W. Stanton. She is survived by a son, Charles Lee Hight; 5 grandchildren, Sadie Hight, Aaron Hight, Micah Hight, Zachary Hight, & Cory Hight; 12 great-grandchildren, including Breanna Garrett, who was often found by her side; one great-great-granddaughter; a daughter-in-law, Kim Hedrick; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Francis Hospice.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020 -- 10:00 AM at St. James United Methodist Church, 5050 East 111th St S, Tulsa, OK 74137. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 PM at the Richland Cemetery north of Angola, KS. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
