On Saturday, April 17th, 2021, Virgina L. Marshall, loving mother of five children and three stepchildren, passed away at age 86 in Tulsa, OK.

Virgina was born on October 8th, 1934 in Wagoner, OK to Selma Madding Jones and Roy Madding. In 1953, she graduated from Will Rogers High School in Tulsa, OK. On December 4, 1988, she married Loren Marshall. They were married for 15 years before his passing. They shared eight stepchildren.

Virginia was a supporter of the Tulsa University football and basketball programs. She loved her sports! She loved traveling and gardening. She was an avid music lover, enjoyed dancing and living life. She had a quick wit, and a beautiful smile. Virginia was a loving, kind and compassionate mother.

Virgina was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, brother, sister and son. She is survived by her sister, Carol Ann Parman (Howard); sons, Steve Sexton, Brian Sexton (Anna), Steve Marshall (Mareica), David Marshall; daughters, Cindy Tucker (Chris), Jennifer Sexton, Sandy Marshall Hill; daughter-in-law, Sheri Sexton; in addition to 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces, and nephews; and our mother's dearest friend, Tom Winslow.

Viewing is scheduled for 4-8PM, Thursday, April 22, 2021. Funeral Service will be 10AM, Friday, April 23, 2021 both at Moore Funeral Home - Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st, Tulsa, OK 74145. Graveside services will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, OK.
