Virginia Carol Pfeifer, 82, passed away on November 5, 2017 in Mannford, OK. She was born December 30, 1934 in Sterling, OK to Joseph Albert Darden and Mellie Ethel (Johnson) Darden. Virginia retired as a Central Scheduler from Tulsa Regional Medical Center and was a longtime member of Regency Park Church of the Nazarene.
Virginia was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Albert Darden and Mellie Ethel (Johnson) Darden; son, Delbert Pfeifer; brothers, Wesley Wayne Darden, William Andrew Darden and Joseph Allen Darden, and sister, Fanny Beth Pringle. She is survived by sons, Mark and Debbie Pfeifer of Catoosa, Danny and Malinda Pfeifer of Sand Springs, Darrell and Sharon Pfeifer of Tulsa, and Scott Pfeifer of Erie, PA; daughter, Barbara and Dan Weaver of Conroe, TX; sister, Alberta R. Mixon of Sand Springs; grandchildren, Mitchell Pfeifer, Shae Pfeifer, Matthew Pfeifer, Laura Lutrick, Blaze Pfeifer, Kezia Weaver, Cody Pfeifer and Justin Pfeifer; great- grandchildren, Jordan Noe, Luke Pfeifer, Aydin Noe, Sophia Pfeifer, Lincoln Lutrick, Blaiden Pfeifer and Taos Lutrick.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM, Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Funeral Service will be 10AM, Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Regency Park Church of the Nazarene, 8707 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Interment following at 3:30PM in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 8700 Cache Road, Lawton, OK. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Virginia's memory to Regency Park Church of the Nazarene Bus Fund. This was a fund that was dear to Virginia's heart.
