Virginia Louise Rowell, 72, passed from this life Friday, January 20th, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born to James Dewey and Retta (Keeler) Leigh on May 14th, 1950 in Welling, Oklahoma.

Virginia was preceded in death by her mother: Retta; brothers: Clifford, Lloyd and Arthur and his wife Jane; sister Lucille and her husband Wilburn; and daughter: Shannon.

She is survived by daughters: Kelli Woodard and her husband Paul and Vanessa Palmer and her husband Frank; sisters-in-law: Julia and Carol; grandchildren: Kassi and her husband John, Ryan and his wife Brittney, Dakota and Savannah and her husband Dylan; four great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

Memorial Service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 28th at Welcome Home Freewill Baptist Church 6224 S. 63rd W. Ave., Oakhurst, OK.
