Mrs. Virginia Stough passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021, in Broken Arrow, OK at the age of 87. She was born in Pawhuska, OK on December 31, 1933, the 5th child to Orville and Gladys Woodring. As a child she enjoyed attending the dog races with her family and participating in Osage ceremonies. Virginia attended Pawhuska High School. In her early years she worked in the drafting field at Douglas and later Burtek in Tulsa. She and her husband were affiliated with New Haven Methodist Church, often volunteering for and teaching Sunday School and other church functions.

Virginia loved to travel with her family, taking yearly summer vacations and trips in their RV. She and her husband became quite accomplished square dancing participants and they often entertained friends in their "Hawaiian Oasis" of a backyard. Virginia's other passions included golf, painting and various crafts and hobbies throughout the years. Bingo night at the Petroleum Club was a weekly event. Virginia also loved watching sports, in particular football, and especially her OU Sooners.

Her husband, Ray Stough; her parents and her four siblings, Carlton Woodring, Richard Woodring, Leo Woodring, and BarBara Small preceded Virginia in death, as well as many beloved pups.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Shian James, of Broken Arrow; grandsons, Phillip Morrow, and wife Melissa of Tulsa, Garrett Morrow of Tulsa, Keaton James of Broken Arrow; two great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Collins Morrow, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and her sweet pup Millie.

Viewing will be on 10am-8pm, Monday, November 8, 2021 and the Funeral Service, 10am, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 both at Moore's Southlawn Funeral Home, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, OK. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Tulsa under the direction of Moore's Southlawn Funeral Home.
