TAYLOR, Virginia M., 94, formerly of Locust Grove, OK, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Born August 26, 1923 to James G. and Helen (Iott) Fry. Virginia was a former member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Tulsa, OK. She was a retired proprietor of Ear Bob Resort in Locust Grove, OK. She graduated as Valedictorian of her class at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arvis Taylor. She is survived by brother-in-law, D. B. Woods of Tulsa, OK; sister-in-law, Thelma Kelley of Claremore, OK; five nieces, Barbara Chance of Broken Arrow, OK, Kay and Mel Barutha of Greer, SC, Billie and Tom Steidley of Claremore, OK, Kristin and Charles Shurts of Tulsa, OK, and Lisa and Lew Bradshaw of Amarillo, TX; nephew, Robert Kelley of Doraville, GA, and numerous other nieces and nephews.
