Walter was born December 21, 1951 to Millard and Floretta Ann (Smith) Bell.
He was a member of Eastland Assembly of God, Special Olympics Bowling,
fan of John Wayne & westerns and loved Wrestling.
Walter was preceded in death by his parents, brothers:Raymond & Tommy
Survived by: Brother: Wayne Bell, Sisters: Alice, Dorthy and Mildred.
Visitation will be held 4pm til 8pm Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Moore's Rosewood
