Wanda E. Galloway, 70, passed away Thursday, November 29th, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born December 16th, 1947, in Oakland, California to Lemuel and Wanda (Moren) Rutherford. Wanda was a service order writer for Southwestern Bell. She married Joe E. Galloway on May 23rd, 1970.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Larry Rutherford. She is survived by her husband, Joe Galloway; son, Michael (Dori) Galloway; daughter, Kelly (Eric) Nickels; grandchildren, Justin Nickels, Karla Nickels, and Isaac Nickels.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 - 2:00 PM at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St. Tulsa, OK 74145.
