On the evening of February 3, 2015, Warren Carey passed away peacefully of natural causes. Warren was being visited and comforted by family members at St. John's Hospital, in Tulsa, OK at the time of his passing. Warren was 71 years old.

Warren was born in Tacoma Park, MD on October 22, 1943, but the family relocated to Tulsa when he was grade school age. He was the son of Howe and Leona Carey.

Warren graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 1966 with a BBA, and was a very proud and life-long active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduation, he began a career with Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville, OK where he remained until retiring in 1995 as Manager, LP Gas Marketing. When not working, Warren spent a lot of his time battling the 18 holes at Hillcrest Country Club, where he was very active and served one year as President.

Warren remained busy after retirement with several business ventures, and never lost his love for the game of golf and his many friends around the country that he treasured so much.

Warren was preceded in death by his sister, Janis; his father, Howe; and his mother, Leona.

Warren is survived by his son, Todd; daughter, Dayna; and grandchildren, Mac, Megan, Toby, Samantha, and Bennett . . .also his beloved canine companion "Rosie".
