ROBERTS, Warren, 92, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. Born in Gentry, AR, he lived the majority of his adult life in Oklahoma. Graduate of University of Tulsa and retired from AMOCO Production Company. A WWII combat infantry veteran, he received the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster and the Bronze Star Medal. Active volunteer for the Republican Party, he helped in numerous campaigns and served as a delegate to a National Convention and as a Presidential Elector.
He worked for Human Resources and Safety Management Team for AMOCO. Member of the Personnel Association and the American Society of Safety Engineers.
Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Will R. Roberts; brothers, H. Verne and Fred; daughter-in-law, Jackie. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Roberta of the home; two sons, David of Tulsa and Bruce of Marietta, GA; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
