Obituary

CHRISTENSEN, Weldon ?Dean?, 80, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013 in Tulsa, OK. He was born in Vandalia, MO on November 5, 1932 to Walter Bot and Ercil L. (James) Christensen. After graduating from high school, he was in the Naval Reserves for four years in Missouri He served two years in the U. S. Army in Germany. He retired after 18 years as a Truck Driver for Ellsworth Motor Freight Company. He is survived by his children, Allen Christensen and wife, Teresa of Sapulpa, OK, Deborah Ann Fraley and husband, David of Leitchfield, KY, Michael Christensen of Bartlesville, OK, Kevin Christensen and wife, Pam of Tulsa, OK, and Brian Christensen, also of Tulsa, OK; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Rose Wasson and husband, Dickey of Center, MO. Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Moore?s Southlawn Chapel. Family suggests contributions may be made to the Alzheimers? Association.
