Willa Dean (Singleton) Black
October 6, 1930 - February 4, 2021

Willa Dean, age 90, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born October 6, 1930 in Oden, Arkansas to Martin and Hanna (Fryer) Singleton.

Willa Dean was a stay-at-home mother and homemaker. She loved family and working with her flowers. In her time at Forest Hills Assisted Living, she painted, (all the girls have paintings), and played cards with friends and was known as "The Bingo Queen". She even sang in a little group and of course whizzed around in her motorized red scooter.

Survived by three daughters, Mary (Cecil) Johnson, of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Joyce (Wayne) Noble of Park Hill, Oklahoma, and Judi (Jesse) Friend of Park Hill, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Preceded in death by her husband, Thurman R. Black and siblings, Arlie Singleton, Charlie Singleton and Gene Singleton all of Oden, Arkansas.

Due to COVID private immediate family services have been planned.
