William "Navy Bill" White, 77 of Tulsa passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021. He was born March 24, 1944 in Detroit, MI to Wilbert and Ina White. Navy Bill was retired from the Navy and was executive chef at 1st United Methodist Church. He enjoyed bowling and was a loyal patron of the Touchdown Club Bar. Navy Bill is survived by his children, Bonnitta Grove and husband Charles of Bixby, Crystal D. Harrell and husband Barry James Harrell, II of Tulsa, and Fred A. White of Tulsa; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his brother, Don White and wife Sharon of Springfield, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sharon Fisher.
