William Ray "Bill" Collins, 76, of Tulsa, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017. He was born September 25, 1940 in Coffeyville, KS to John Douglas and Verline Collins. He worked in sales at a pipe supply company and was a member of Baptized in Baptist Church in Coffeyville, KS. He loved his grandchildren very much and was a member of the Great Lakes Chevrolet Club and loved cars and motorcycles. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Ruth Ann Collins; his children, Kristy Collins of IN; Shelley Clay and her husband James of Bunch, OK; Monty Baker and his wife Trish of Stonebluff, OK; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Cary Douglas Collins; his great grandchild, Cheyenne Baker; his sister, Lucille and his brother, Daniel "Bud" Collins.
