HAWKINS, William Russell, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018. He was born September 19, 1936 in Tulsa, OK to Mercedes and L. Clark Hawkins. William was a 1954 graduate of Will Rogers High School. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Hawkins; his daughter, Rebecca; his grandson, Cody; his brother, Bryan C. Hawkins and wife, Nancy of Cedar Rapids, IA; two brothers-in-law, Jerry and Ken Loney; sister-in-law, Sue Mosier.
