Pawnee Billy Howell, 84, of Sapulpa, OK, or "Bill" as he was known to everyone, passed away on Sunday, November 24th, 2019. He was born on Sunday, August 25th, 1935, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, to Clarrisa 'Howell' Trask, and Garthier Howell.
He graduated from Pawhuska High School In 1958, he later attended radiology school in 1959, and married Norma Kidd in 1966. Bill's occupations included being a butcher at Humpty Dumpty in 1966 and an auxiliary police officer from 1979-1985. Bill and Norma founded and owned Bug-A-Way Pest control company for 49 years.
He was a devoted husband, father, brother and friend. He enjoyed reading, history, photography, fishing and hunting. He was also a talented native American artist. He is survived by his Wife Norma Howell, Brother Homer Fincannon and wife Carol. Sister Eva Noble and Husband Travis, Daughter Lori Khezri and Husband Mehdi Khezri, Son Dennis Lane, Granddaughter Krista Holleyman, Grandsons Kamran and Kalen Khezri and four great grandchildren, Jaylon, Amiya, Maddox, and Jupiter. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Bernard, Ormand and John. He will be greatly missed in the days ahead, Rest Easy "Pop". We will all see you again.
