Kelly, William Michael, 68 of Tulsa passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015. He was born October 5, 1946 in McAlester, OK to Bill Ray and Edwinna Kelly. He was a self employed Geologist/paleontologist. Survived by wife Peggy Kelly.
