William Thomas Osburn was born in Tulsa Oklahoma on March 30th, 1960 and left this earth to be with his beloved wife Tracy on March 5th, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his Parents Freddie Thomas Osburn and Linda Lou Osburn, his brother Randy Osburn, And his beautiful wife Tracy Shawn Osburn.

He is survived by his son Zachary Osburn, his wife Amanda Osburn, and their 3 kids(his grandkids) Jude, Finnegan, and Arabella Northcutt. His sister Kelly Thies, and his sister Dawn Osburn.

He graduated Highschool in Tulsa Oklahoma, and joined the Tulsa Fire Department on November 5th, 1985 until his retirement on April 1st, 2009. Tommy was the embodiment of a Firefighter until the very end. He was always the first to offer a helping hand. He would literally and figuratively run into a burning building for anyone. He was one of the most selfless people and was loved by anyone he met.

Tommy loved Golf. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and football. He loved to laugh and to make other people laugh. He especially loved, Elvis more than any other person that you've met. He loved being a "Gramps" to his Grandkids. Tommy loved to love, and anyone that interacted with him could feel that.

His love, legacy and heart will live on through family and friends. We will remember him as the hero he was and celebrate him in every way possible.

Viewing for William will be on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145.

A celebration of life service to honor the life of William Thomas Osburn will be held at a later date.
