William B. Scott, 89, passed away in Bixby, Oklahoma on Friday, May 5, 2017. Born May 29, 1927 in Unionville, MO to Houston V. Scott and Ada O. (Shelton) Scott. Bill was an Insurance Broker and served in the United States Army.
