William Ben Willsey, 83, died peacefully at home in Tulsa on May 4 2013. Born December 7, 1929 in Tulsa, Bill was the only child of Glen P. and Armalee Snow Willsey. They moved to Cherry Hill, N.J. in 1958 when Bill accepted a position with Philadelphia Electric Company. Bill and Ruth Ann raised four children in Cherry Hill and developed many close friendships. After 32 years with PE, Bill retired as Director of Environmental Affairs. The couple returned to Tulsa in 1992, happy to be reunited with relatives, friends and classmates. Bill had a vegetable garden, and he enjoyed cooking and entertaining for family and friends. He was active in the Tulsa Engineering Society and the English-Speaking Union, and served as president of both organizations.
