Obituary

Willie William Walker, Jr. was born in Wagoner, Oklahoma on December 12, 1933 to the union of Willie and Meritha (Owens) Walker. He had one sibling brother, Johnnie Walker. All preceded him in death.

Willie, Jr. moved to Kansas City, MO in the 1940's where he received his education from Lincoln High, graduating in 1953. Willie went to work for the Kansas City, MO Packing House in the stockyard until being drafted by the United States Army during the Korean War. He served valiantly and was honorably discharged. He resumed his education at the Kansas City Community College. It was there a cute nursing student caught his eye. Willie, Jr. and Eleanor June Jones were joined in holy matrimony in 1956. In January of 1958 they were blessed with the birth of twin sons Donald Leonard and Ronald William Walker.

After the dissolution of this marriage, Willie, Jr. returned to Oklahoma and began his career as a master machinist with the Boeing Aeronautics Plant in Tulsa. He met and married Barbara and three children were born from this union; Pam, Kimberly Walker and Brian Walker.

Willie, Jr. retired in 1983 and began his love of creating custom machinery work.
He was a good honorable man with a great sense of humor. He taught neighborhood young men to fix and build small engines and other trades.

Willie leaves to cherish his memory, three sons; Donald, Ronald and Bryan Walker: two daughters Pam and Kimberly Walker: thirteen grandchildren:
a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He will be truly missed.
